About the Portugese Water Dog
From my experience the PWD is a breed that is forever young. The mature dogs may just as easily play with the puppies and younger dogs and they may be quite clown-like. The PWD takes great pride in carrying just about anything, but their favourite things to do is probably to be close to their humans. The closer to humans, the better - preferrably ON the human. A PWD is exceptionally good at adapting to their surroundings as long as they get enough excersise and mental stimulation. To see a PWD running free with other dogs os truly a sight filled with joy.
